LO #2 is for Challenge Yourself #14 One Little Word - My word is JOY - I aim to find Joy in my everyday life, it little moments, big moments and even the tough moments... My LO is a picture taken of my DH, and DD's on a recent vacation to Mexico. We had an amazing time and were fortunate to have 11 other friends and family join is. My time with family makes me feel so Blessed.

For my LO I obviously chose a New Car. I just bought myself a New Car. This might not be a BIG deal to most people however I don't usually treat myself to a lot of new or expensive things. I'm all about living within my means and making due with what I have if it is in working condition...with that being said I traded in my 2005 Hyundai for a 2015 Terrain. I keep most cars for about 10 years and SPLURGED on this one...my first Grown Up car with all the bells and whistles just for Me.

I've Been a Mad Scrapper!!!!

Wow! What a week! Sometimes I get so bummed when I can't find the Time to scrap or my Mojo has left the house, but such is not the case this week. I feel like I've done more LO's in the past week than I usually do in a month!!! Each and every one was a favorite and I have to give ALL the credit to the AMAZING sites and blogs that I visit for they truly provide me with such INSPIRATION! I find sketches, challenges and prompts along with awesome DT work to get my creativity flowing. With that said... I hope I give every site, challenge and DT member credit and a BIG Thank you for helping me get my memories captured on these pages.

LO # 1

 This LO is for Lasting Memories  Challenge # 223 Simple Pleasure - and one of my favorite Simple Pleasures is spending time with my beautiful cousin and best friend. Whenever we are together my heart is happy and full.
I also used a sketch from Sketches In Thyme I turned it 90 degrees

This Lo is for Lasting Memories Challenge #224 Captured Moment - This is a picture from my DD's Wedding, it was such an absolutely adorable picture and used as a feature by a couple of her vendors. The Bo Bunny Paper Collection was just perfect ! I also used chipboard from Blue Fern Studios "cherish", and their awesome sketch . I recently placed an order of their chipboard and LOVE the products!

Next LO is another for Lasting Memories Challenge # 226 Life Moment - This is another Wedding Picture of my DD..I just love how Romantic this picture is of the two of them all alone together... The Title is From the song Marry Me by Train, this is the song she walked down the aisle to...not a dry eye in the house.

Turtle Soup Jan 5 Sketch

Again notice all the LAYERS  I added! Having fun "building" pages this way, I used masks, inks, stamping and lace into my layers. This was a really fun sketch and LO!!!!

All is Bright

I LOVED playing with this LO! I started with a pictures of my DD's taken Christmas Eve in their Christmas PJ's. I used their blue shirts for the inspiration of color and focus. From there I crashed my Stash and found the Beautiful MME paper collection, I didn't have many large pieces of paper so I work with 1 12X12 and Lots of scraps and leftover stickers and chipboard. My sketch came from STUCK? Sketches and I rotated it 90 degrees. Then I started building my layers!!!! Adding Layers and Dimension to my pages is my goal for 2015.
